We welcome you and your family to New Jersey Institute of Technology’s Commencement ceremonies. Commencement marks a significant achievement for your student; they have worked hard to obtain their degrees and achieve their goals. There is no question that the support, motivation, and inspiration provided by their family and friends guided them along this journey to degree completion. Our goal is to engage, involve, educate, and support the entire Highlander family. Which means not only are these ceremonies meant to congratulate and honor our new graduates, but it is also an event to be shared with those who have helped them along the way. We cannot wait to meet you and your family!
NOTE: Be sure to review all commencement details, if you have questions or concerns, please check-in with your student first. Graduating seniors receive direct communication from university staff and their colleges. If there are further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at commencement@njit.edu
Guest Tickets: Guests tickets are required for all ceremonies. All guest tickets are claimed by the students and are limited to 10 for undergraduate degrees, 4 for master's degrees and 15 for Ph.D., if available, after May 13 students may have an opportunity for additional guest tickets.
Live Streaming: For guests unable to attend in-person ceremonies, live streaming will be available during scheduled ceremony times at njit.edu.
ADA Accommodations: NJIT commencements at the WEC and the Prudential Center are fully equipped to create an accessible experience for guests and graduates.
